Firecracker Insulated Full Zip

This jacket has gotten me through some bitter cold Chicago winter runs in sleet and wind where my legs are bright red after the run, but my upper body is completely dry and warm. I've also worn it on days where it ended being a little warmer than I thought, but I haven't overheated because it breathes so well/can be unzipped. The FULL body reflectivity is SO cool (and the fact that it's done in a way that feels stylish/intentional is a big plus!) and makes me feel SO much safer from cars/cyclists and even from possible people with nefarious intentions, day or night.

Really pretty on and insulated in all the right places. I like that the hood is hidden in the collar, but often find myself wishing that this jacket had fold over mitts to keep my hands warm. Otherwise, it is a great running jacket/midlayer. I bought an XS and am 5’1, 110 lbs.

My new go-to for winter running. Everything about the jacket feels very premium. The fabric is soft and smooth, with the perfect amount of stretch in the arms and back so it doesn't constrict. There are so many pockets. I think the best part is the zippers! They are super easy to open and close, even with gloves on. I didn't realize how much better zippers could be until I used these - it makes a big difference in cold weather when you can open your pocket on the run without having to take off a glove to fumble with the zipper handle. Hoping Oiselle brings this back in more colors - I'd definitely buy a second one in a brighter color!

I love the feel of this jacket. The material is nice and lightweight for a jacket and there’s a tad more bulk in the torso area to keep you warm on cold days. Would love to see XXS in outdoor gear. I usually wear Oiselle size 2/4 and find this fits more like a 4/6.
