Orders & Shipping
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Our warehouse team is moving quickly to process your orders, so we may not be able to cancel your order before it ships. Additionally, we are not able to make any adjustments to orders once they’ve been placed.
Please email us at hello@oiselle.com as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel your order, and our team will see what we can do to accommodate your request.
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $10 on all US orders under $100.
If your order subtotal is over $100 before tax and after discount, and shipping to an address in the United States, you should see an option for free shipping.
Gift card value does not apply to the free shipping threshold.
How much is international shipping?
We ship to over 200 countries around the world.
Our international shipping fee is a flat rate based on the country of destination, and does not include any duties or taxes. Any additional duties/taxes that the custom’s office assesses are the responsibility of the customer for payment.

When will my order ship?
Our warehouse team is moving quickly to process your orders. Most orders ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
During times of high order volume, such as major sales events or the holiday season, orders may take up to five business days to ship.
Can I combine separate orders into one?
Our warehouse cannot combine separate orders into one shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns from orders purchased at oiselle.com within 30 days of order receipt. All items must not have been worn, altered, or washed, and must still have all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that are marked as final sale.
For returns, we charge a handling / shipping fee of $8. For exchanges and returns for store credit, we are happy to waive this fee. You can start a return or exchange at returns.oiselle.com.
For items purchased from outside retailers, we ask that you return to the original place of purchase so they can take care of your return according to their policies. They are equipped to work with our wholesale team for support.
How do I start a return or exchange?
You are able to initiate a return or exchange with us at returns.oiselle.com using your order number starting with WEB, and your email address or shipping zip code.
Please note, we charge a handling fee of $8 for all returns. For exchanges and returns for store credit, we are happy to waive this fee.
Can I combine returns from multiple orders?
Our returns system only allows for returns of items from a single order at a time. There is not a way to combine returns from multiple orders as refunds are issued based on the tracking.
Can I return my online order to your Flagship Store in Seattle?
Yes! Our store team is happy to process your return in store.
How do I start an international return?
You are able to initiate an international return with us at returns.oiselle.com using your order number starting with WEB, and your email address or shipping zip code. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping and / or customs fees.
Once your return is in the mail, please email us at hello@oiselle.com with the tracking details. When your return has been marked as delivered to our warehouse, we will process your refund.
We do not offer international exchanges at this time.
What if my product arrived damaged?
We are dedicated to designing great products that last. If you have a product that arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll be happy to work with you on a solution.
We offer defective item replacements or refunds for online store credit for anything purchased on our site within the last year. Please email us at hello@oiselle.com and provide your order number and a photo of the defect.

Product Information
What size should I order?
Please refer to our size chart for sizing recommendations. For band and cup sports bras, please refer to the following sizing guide: How to Determine Your Sports Bra Size.
Our size chart is designed to give general size guidelines that will result in the most comfortable fit for most people, but it does not guarantee sizing.
What if a product I want is sold out?
We have a "Stay in the Know" button which you can use to get an email notification if an out of stock item comes back in stock. Please select your preferred color and size, and this button will come up automatically if we are currently sold out.
How should I wash and care for my gear?
For the majority of our apparel, we recommend you machine wash cold and tumble dry low for best results. You can extend the life of your items by washing and drying with like materials, or line drying.
We especially recommend line drying our sports bras and rain jackets. This will keep them supportive and water resistant for an extended period of time. Bras and rain jackets have important jobs to do, so help them help you!

Discount Questions
Do you offer price adjustments?
Only full-price items are eligible for price adjustment. Orders must have been placed within two days of a promotion or sale. If you have recently ordered an item you now see on discount, please use the link below to contact us or send us an email to hello@oiselle.com and we will be happy to make the adjustment.
Where is my Birthday Bird discount code?
In your birthday month, we want to help celebrate you! To receive a discount code from us during your birthday month, you'll want to do the following:
Setup an account with us on oiselle.com
Send us a message, using the email associated with your account, and include your birthday
Birthday Bird discounts are typically sent out within the first two weeks of the month. This one-time use discount code cannot be combined with other offers and can only be used on discount eligible items.
