In 2004 we began our quest for non-poofy running shorts. Since its original debut, the Rogas have evolved with lighter fabric, improved waistband, additional pockets, lengths, and prints, but our pursuit to make the best pair of running shorts for women remains unchanged.

Love these shorts!

I love these running shorts! They are lightweight and don't chafe anywhere. I bought a size up because I have wide hips but I could have ordered my usual size. The back pocket does not fit the iPhone 16 max but it will fit my keys and gels. I can't wait to get another pair!

Great!! Except the liner…

These shorts have been the most successful from a chafing standpoint, as I run 100k-100mile races I have these shorts on for a very long time. They have been the best I’ve tried so far, except the internal panty liner is quite tight on my groin and does cause chafing/irritation on the panty line. The shorts fit great otherwise, so I’m wondering if I cut a small slit if that will help some of the pressure….otherwise I’d recommend a seamless panty liner to prevent this in future designs!

In-betweeners size down?

I love the performance of my new 4" Rogas, but I had trouble with the fit. I have a 28" waist and 38" hips, and I got a size 6, my usual size. I found the liner to be the perfect fit around the butt but the waist to be huge on me -- the sag/gap would give a view to a taller person. Nevertheless, I was able to double-knot the drawstring to get the waist to close, although it doesn't have the comfort of "yoga-tight" or give me that lightly hugging fit as it does on the models.
