This weekend at USAs was an absolute blast with some incredible performances from our Haute Volée! Kerri Gallagher rounded out the weekend with a podium finish in the 1500m and is SO close to locking in her spot for the World Championships in Beijing.

After graduating from Fordham University in 2011, Kerri had decided to pursue a 9-5 career at Morgan Stanley, but just before making the leap into the "real world" she opted to keep running instead, feeling like she had some unfinished business on the track. That year she moved to Washington, DC to begin a graduate program at American University. Working alongside Coach Matt Centrowitz, SR as an assistant coach, she continued to train with the women and the men on the American University team. She knew her decision to keep running down her dream would not be easy, but if she put in the work it would be worth it. Sunday, Kerri came out on top. She proved that the power of hard work and dreaming big pays off. She was gutsy and brave, and it was worth it.

Kristin and I caught up with Kerri after her weekend in Eugene...watch!

We couldn't be more excited for Kerri and we are beyond happy to have her on Oiselle Team. We've had the pleasure of meeting so many incredible women this year after expanding our team last fall, and we cannot wait to grow our run community when we open more spots on July 31st!
