As the indoor track season comes to a close, we want to take a moment to recap the outstanding indoor performances before the outdoor season gets underway. For many of our Haute Volée, the indoor season began at the UW Invitational. A rust-buster meet that yielded fast times and personal records, the UW Invite was a fantastic opener for many. From there the season took off with Haute Volée competing at the Boston Invitational, Spire Indoor Invite and UW Husky Classic. The indoor season culminated to the USATF Indoor Championship, a meet that will surely go down in history. Here are the highlights! Photography credit to Mark Stone.

I love this set of core exercises for its efficient targeting of core muscle groups, and because no gym equipment is required!
