Happy day 1 of winter!

Whether you've been celebrating the season with repeat holiday tunes, adding wintery layers to an already stuffed closet, or wrapping up everything in sight, we think it's about time to celebrate YOU! You're the runner kicking butt in the frigid outdoors, putting in the miles when you would rather be cozied up inside with a hot chocolate and blueberry muffin (maybe that's just us). Instead you’re out there adding up the workouts and running faster to stay warm.

So today we're celebrating day 1 of winter, and you, by giving away a Oiselle Funnel Neck Top! Here’s how to play:

This #fastfriday we want to see what helps you tackle the elements. Whether it’s a jacket for a rainy run, gloves to shield the wind or your warmest running tights that bring the heat…show us!

I love this set of core exercises for its efficient targeting of core muscle groups, and because no gym equipment is required!
